Amber Davey

Amber believes wholeheartedly in the yogic concept of SEVA, or selfless service. Any wisdom or knowledge attained through the practices of yoga must be shared with others. Her own experiences with trauma from an early age set her on a lifelong path of healing and transformation. "I'm so grateful for the many people and professionals who have been put in my path as teachers. Every one of them changed the trajectory my life was on for the better. It is my sincerest wish to continue to grow, and help others with the same wish to grow."
In addition to teaching yoga, Amber is a certified and licensed massage therapist. She has experience working with clients diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, scoliosis, osteoarthritis, osteopenia, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune diseases, headaches/migraines, low back pain, insomnia, and anxiety. Amber combines her knowledge as a massage therapist and yoga/meditation teacher to offer yoga as healing for her students.
