Personal Note From Neil & Lisa

Dear Yoga Educator,

We teach yoga because we know the value through our own experiences and we want to share and help others to help themselves.

A heart of service is our call to action.

You can make an impact. We need a legion of dedicated, highly motivated and skillfully trained Yoga Professionals to join our team of PCA Trainers and help drive our mission in passing along the best way to adapt evidence based yoga teaching to include those who experience pain. (uhhum…nearly everyone can experience pain at sometime during a yoga class, 20% will come in with pain, 1 in 5 have chronic pain)

If you are a yoga teacher who is known to be a “teachers teacher” in your community, if you teach in or own a RYS or a Yoga Therapy School and offer Yoga Teacher Training CEU or IAYT-APD workshops or courses, if you run or own a yoga studio and you want to train your entire teaching staff to become PCAYT’s, then this call to service is a great fit for you and or your organization and you can help to meet the mission of changing pain in society through the platform of yoga.

You can adapt PCA yoga teaching with and alongside any other specialty training such as Trauma Informed, Recovery, Depression/Anxiety, Yoga for Veterans, Functional yoga, Vinyasa , Yin and other varieties, to become more inclusive and help to change pain for your students who will help change pain for their students. Take PCA into your communities and make a difference; like throwing a pebble in the still pond, we can expand the outreach.  With your help we CAN change pain in society through the platform of pain science and yoga.

Join our community of like-minded educators and become a PCA Trainer!

Changing pain is possible and we need YOU!
